1992 LT1 Coupe (300 horsepower), 6 speed, Air, Climate Control, Leather, Power Steering/Brakes, Bose tape/cd rom,  dual power seats, select ride suspension, removable hardtop (dark glass top). EPA mileage==> click here.

My experience with the car.
I bought the car at 28,000 miles.  It now has 92,400.  It was bone stock when I got it.  All maintenance strictly adhered too during the time I owned it.  And it has never been to the dragstrip or autocrossed.

Customizations / Other notes:
-- B&M Ripper Shifter (super short throw shifter)
-- ZR1 (13 inch) front brakes
-- K&N Air Filter plus recharge kit
-- Rear Window Hatch Vent for the summer (great stuff)
-- 1-4 shift EPA shift disconnect.
-- Never gets less than 5,000 miles per quart
-- Tires (SZ50's) are like new.
-- Opti Spark (electronic distributor) was replaced at 60,000 miles).  And so was the electric water pump that sits just above it.  This is the only weak spot on LT1 Corvettes (92-96).  It is an expensive repair and plagues all low mileage LT1 Vettes (92-96).   Diagnosis of a failing Opti is an extremely frustrating experience.  This car is beyond that.

Car performs and runs like new.  A truly great example of a Corvette.  Only downside are some rock dings in the hood (happens to most Vettes -- it is a  fast car you know..) that are hard to see if the car is kept waxed.  The rest of the car just needs some TLC and it will be a mint car (like someone who will use a toothbrush and cleaner in the engine bay).  Car can be seen in Greenwood Lake, NY  (or in Fairfield, New Jersey on sunny work days).

  • Price is $10,900

(and it comes with the owners manual and all service records since it was purchased by me in 1999)
