The rod in the engine of the bike broke. The bike engine has been taken apart by my certified Yamaha mechanic and a part list has been made as well as the engine being cleaned out of any debris from the rod. Parts total around $600. Since I cannot do the work on the bike, it is tooo expensive for me to pay my mechanic to do it. Good bike to buy if you know how to do the work. Everything else with bike is perfect. Oil and filter changed after every ride and new chain, sprockets, and entire Hinson clutch were put in and have about 3 rides on them.
